ENCINITAS, CA — Fall is a great time to get out at Encinitas and enjoy the various festival offerings.

The changing fall colors provide a beautiful backdrop for the fall and harvest festivals, which have contests ranging from bobbing apples and pumpkin carvings to lumberjack contests and Halloween parades.
