NOTICE OF INVITATION TO BIDS FROM THE CITY OF ENCINITAS San Elijo Lagoon Bridge Abutment Backfill Repairs CS22E This is to announce that the City of Encinitas will be receiving ONLY ELECTRONIC BIDDS via the online bidding service PlanetBids by 2:00 p.m. on July 26, 2022 at that time the ELECTRONIC OFFERS open to the public and read.
