Additionally, alterations and additions related to assisted living units for youth are also exempt from environmental review under General Rule Section 15061(b)(3) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines since they can be safely to see that there is no possibility of a significant impact of the Ordinance on the environment.
