The Fourth of July event typically draws around 500,000 spectators who line up their chairs and blankets along the waterfront hours before the fireworks show. The show starts at 9pm.

Is SeaWorld San Diego allowing out-of-state visitors?
SeaWorld San Diego returned to largely normal operations on June 15, 2021. SeaWorld has no COVID-19 restrictions other than wearing masks indoors (due to the state of California) and posting hand sanitizer in the park, and has ended restrictions on international visitors.
