ENCINITAS, CA – The Cottage Restaurant, of La Jolla fame, recently celebrated its Encinitas ribbon cutting, the Encinitas Chamber of Commerce announced.
Located at 127 North El Camino Real in Encinitas, The Cottage has been known for serving amazing brunches for 30 years. The restaurant, established in 1985 in La Jolla, became a local hangout there. The business went public in 1992, and was completely renovated in 2009, according to the restaurant’s website. During the summer, they expanded to Encinitas.
“What hasn’t changed is our passion to serve delicious, classic American and Southern California cuisine,” according to manager Trevor LeClair on the restaurant’s website. LeClair invites customers to “say hello next time you come in.”
