ENCINITAS, CA — Voter information pamphlets have been mailed to registered voters in Encinitas and across San Diego County ahead of the November general election, the San Diego Registrar of Voters announced.
Pamphlets were mailed to 1.9 million registered voters in the county. Voters should receive the pamphlets by Oct. 7, according to the voter registry.
The pamphlets contain important information about the general election on November 8, such as candidate declarations, remaining elections, election options and much more. It also contains a section of the official ballot.

Ballots will begin going out in the mail to registered voters on Oct. 8, according to the Registrar of Voters. They can be returned by post, via a ballot box or at a voting centre.
