The Eddy County Sheriff’s office suspects foul play in the death of a Carlsbad woman found Friday morning near Artesia, according to Eddy County Sheriff Mark Cage.
Deputies discovered the body of Stevi Kathleen Odom-Lynch, 29, around 10:30 a.m. near East Kincaid Ranch Road and North Lake Road, read a Facebook post from Eddy County CrimeStoppers.

Investigators said there were signs of foul play in her death and requested the public’s help for information regarding Lynch’s death, per the Facebook post.
A reward of $4,000 was offered by CrimeStoppers leading to an arrest, the Facebook post stated.
